Jyoti Awasthi is the Co-founder and Director of Satat Sampada, of Satat Sampada a social impact organisation dedicated to promoting sustainable agro-ecological practices by reviving natural farming and connecting rural communities with urban consumers through its e-commerce market place Eat Right Basket.
With over two decades of experience in the social sector, Jyoti has worked extensively with disadvantaged communities, gaining deep insights into the challenges of modern-day farming, the economic pressures on agricultural communities, and the declining quality of food.

Jyoti leads the farmer training and capacity-building programme of Satat Sampada equipping farmers with innovative, nature-based farming techniques. The initiative has steadily expanded, inspiring more farmers to adopt organic methods and contribute to the growing movement for safe and sustainable food.
Beyond Satat Sampada’s own PGS Organic farmer network, Jyoti collaborates with organic and natural farming clusters across India, helping small-scale entrepreneurs and artisanal producers develop traditional foods suited for modern urban households.

Jyoti holds a Master’s degree in Botany and Mass Communication in Science & Technology. In recognition of her efforts, she was awarded the Dr. Rajendra Prasad Impactful Social Worker Award (2019) by India Positive for her commitment to promoting organic farming and safe food.
